Checked in and my name was called shortly after. The RN & NP & SW were all great

I was dreading coming to my appointment they usually just listen my lungs heart. So dr comes in and omg she asked how I was feeling and I asked her to explain all my meds. No other doctor gave any info. I got everything explained to me and she released me from heart failure clinic and reg heart clinic

Erin was fantastic. She took time to explain every single symptom and issue I have. She also listened to our comments.

Erin was extremely engaged and attentive to all of my concerns. She was genuinely invested in my care plan and finding the best course of treatment for me, both for my physical health, as well as my mental well being and seemed determined to improve my overall quality of life and resolve the issues I'd been struggling with since beginning my medications and treatments. She explained everything, extremely thoroughly and took the time to ask me questions and get my opinion on her recommendations. One of the best, most thorough Dr's I've seen since beginning treatment for my heart condition. Thank you

My mom can not speak, write, or read because of her stroke. She is a bit hard of hearing. She understands most things spoken to her if not too much information at one time. Sometimes she just nods her head yes at everything and needs more time to process the information. Everyone that helped us on her visit was kind and understanding. I say we because I help my mom to communicate. I've been taking care of her full time in my home since February 2020. I really appreciate the time they took to help her.
