Saint Alphonsus Kuna Clinic Urgent Care

Used to love this place, but man has it gone down hill lately. They do not listen to you at all and come up with whatever just to send you home with no resolution.... just a huge Dr bill for nothing. I couldn't breathe very well and was having and chest pain from it. It had been going on for over a week. The girl Dr just sent me home to rest... come to find out when I followed up with my Dr I had an upper respiratory infection/breathing issues that needed medical attention. Also, have taken my kids here just to get the same "go home and sleep it off" when they needed more medical attention as well. Not only did I pay for the urgent care visits but the Dr visit for the SAME thing. It is all about the money I guess. What happened to this place... they used to actually care. Some of the new front staff isn't that nice either. I had one girl tell me I could only go to urgent care and not see a Dr anymore until I picked one. My dr had left, BUT the one NP was three months out for appts. She basically told me he was the only one I could choose from or just go to urgent care??? Does that make sense? Other than that she wouldn't schedule me and we have been going there for years!! I just had an appt with a different Dr the week before.... very upsetting and sad.

My boys & I were an urgent care walk in. The front desk people were very helpful. Dr. Yan listened to my concerns and was very thorough. The nurse was also kind. We were out with prescriptions within an hour. We are very happy with the services provided.

Really quite bummed and irritated with my recent visit. Went in with really bad knee pain a few days ago. I was met in the back quickly, but after explaining the issue, the location of the pain and that ibuprofen/Tylenol/heat/ice treatments didn't seem to be helping, the PA just told me to keep taking ibuprofen and to come back in a few weeks if the pain was still there. She basically just poked on it a few times and then told me to go home. I followed up with my Dr. and was able to get some tests done... for real this time. Came back with a partially torn meniscus and Baker's Cyst. Diagnosis and treatment plan established, service provided - something this office (probably more specifically the PA) couldn't do. Can't wait to pay that urgent care bill just for an Ibuprofen recommendation.

Everyone was friendly, polite, professional. We were welcomed right away, there was hardly any wait. I'm rating highly because our visit was quick, the staff/medical professionals were very understanding and helpful.

Went to this urgent care for the first time this morning and arrived shortly after 8 am. My entire experience here was five stars, from check-in to diagnosis. I was promptly taken back for exams, test and diagnosis by Luhong Tan PA-C. My primary MD is out of the clinic this week. I am so very grateful for the staff that provided excellent treatment in the absence of my physician. I appreciate you all!
