Primary Health Medical Group - Kuna

Customer service is outstanding. I was there twice. My blood thinner gave me a blood nose. They fixed me right up. Then I lost my Medicare card and didn't know the number. They quickly showed me what steps to take for a new card and I did it. Wonderful! Particularly the young lady who sits on the left of the input desk. What a star.

I was so impressed by my whole experience ! The second I walked in I was greeted even though the staff was taking care of other patients. Everyone was SO kind and friendly. Easy check-in ..waiting room clean . Once in a room the staff was fantastic.. the doctor came in shortly and was her bedside manner was impressive! 15/10

My visit to Primary Health in Kuna was great. I was able to schedule an appointment online. Everyone I encountered from front desk, triage, PA and x-ray tech were very pleasant and listened to my concerns. I am grateful they are close and felt I received good care.

Wife goes in for what turned out to be an ear infection at 12pm. Doc says he is going to send the 3 prescriptions into the pharmacy which is just across the street within 15 mins. Well almost 24 hours later we finally get the medications from a second pharmacy due to having to call and change it to a second due to the first pharmacy not being open on Sunday. We would have had the medications on Saturday if the prescriptions were sent in within a timely manner. Long story short the family will not be using this location for any type of treatment. I have never had such a difficult time getting a prescription sent to a pharmacy.

We brought our two year old son in for an open wound on his forehead/eyebrow. They were able to glue it up, luckily no stitches. We were in and out within 30 minutes and the doctor was great!
