I like that she came to visit with me prior to the procedure and then checked on me afterwards. She is very easy to talk to and communicate with. She did a wonderful job and I have not had any issues or problems.

Everything I experienced with my encounter with doctor Otto as well as the results of my procedure was excellent. Follow-up call was also informative and positive.

after months of waiting to see Dr. Otto she just asked the same questions everyone else I've seen has asked, ran the same tests, and said everything looks fine. When we asked what we should do next, because living with these symptoms is not fine, she acted like there wasn't anything left to do about it. Not giving a clear diagnosis or treatment suggestions.
