The pre-op preparation for replacement of my cardiac pacer battery was impeccable. Not only was all the equipment ready for the replacement itself but contingencies were in place to deal with the unlikely event of a problem occurring. The staff were all cheerful, prepared and performed their individual tasks while also tending to my personal well-being. The end result was that I felt totally confident that everything would be dealt with appropriately. A short survey immmediately asked me who I felt would be the member of the staff who was "the best". I felt that everyone I dealt with should have received "the best" designation. That level of confidence in the skill and caring was profoundly reassuring. Great job, Everyone and thanks.

I had a great experience with the ER when I came to have stitches and staples put in my head from an accident that I had. I love the Drs and nurses.Then I had a very nice male nurse call to check on me and ask if I had any questions. We talked about getting the stitches and staples removed and he suggested I come back to the ER to have that done as its included in my first visit charge. Because of the great service from the first visit I decided to do that. I did come back and have the ER remove them and I had a very good person that did a great job . I barely got home before I received an email telling me I had a 100$ charge for a visit to the ER and if I paid 80$ immediately that would cover the cost. I had paid 100$ on my first visit. I was told it was included in the first ER visit. Im not happy with this because I could have gone to primary care for the removal.

I can't say anything more than how amazing the entire emergency room department was. Not only was this visit the fastest and most caring experience I've ever had in a hospital, but after my visit the lead nurse called to check in on me. They truly care and make sure that you feel like a human and not just another number. My nurse was absolutely amazing and they actually listened to everything I had to say.

Its great! Well organized. Im having serious back surgery soon ( 6 rods entire back ) I'll be having it done at this hospital. I hope my 20 days with you will be as good@ Thanks Clayton Johnson

Several years ago my mom had a bad experience at this hospital due to negligence of a nurse. This year, she's in the hospital again with similar complications. I am so grateful that Dr. Baker went that far through her file to see the incident. She decided to call me and talk about the situation. It truly made me feel like she cared and deeply went through her file. That is so important! Thank you Dr. Baker!
