After 4-5 years of being treated by the Kootenai Health care system, I have been impressed with the consistent, pleasant, professional, and quality care of EVERY visit. From Receptionist, Aides, Nurses, and even the Doctor's, and their Assistants. Looking forward to going to the Doctor isn't what one does but dealing Kootenai Health care surely isn't something I dread. A BIGThank you to the Staff.
We reviewed tests and possible followup visits and/or surgery. The PA was very thorough and asked for any questions that I may have had. It was a pretty basic followup exam; however, I do feel that if there had been a problem, the appropriate steps would have been taken.
Dr. Savannah Starley, is a Exceptional Dr.,she makes tou feel confident and comfortable and at ease. She is very knowledgeable and professional but friendly at the same time. I asked her to be my Heart Dr. for now on. Thank you, Lisa Fortier
