When I first met with Dr Ronald Jones in May 2024, he asked me about my previous electrophysiologist in Calif and said he went to Stanford with him, they knew each other. I immediately felt comfortable and had to hug him, lol. He did the watchman implant last July 2024, I can't be happier with him and his staff !!! You're amazing....Dr Jones and you have the best....bed side manner of any doctor I have had. I will miss you terribly :( :(.
Regarding my recent Catheter Ablation; my afternoon, evening, and overnight at the Kootenai Health Heart area was a medical visit which restores ones confidence in our medical community. I was treated effectively, that is, everything went well. I was treated warmly, with doctors and nurses communicating the process to me in advance, during, and post treatment in the clinic as well as post procedure (home) expectations and treatment. Dr. Jones and the anesthesiologist both "interviewed" me prior to and following the procedure, making me feel quite comfortable. Two nurses, Angie on Friday, 07 FEB 2025, and Ellie Friday night and Saturday morning, 08 FEB 2025, were outstanding. Their care and concern was evident in all that they did. Angie in particular showed obvious attention to my physical and mental comfort, particularly under unique circumstances (my pulse was difficult to detect in my feet, for example). Angie ordered a meal to fit my allergies.
Dr. Jones is a fantastic and great Cardiologist that I had the pleasure and luck of being his patient. I am so blessed that I was referred to Dr Jones, thank you Dr Jones you are an amazing person and doctor, I completely and without any reservations at all believe and trust you with my life and the life of any of my family.
I found that Dr Jones is not only incredibly experienced and skilled in his cardiology work ... but is incredibly empathetic AND willing to completely answer your important questions. He is certainly one of the very best physicians that I have ever met.
