I recently had an unexpected stay The nursing staff were excellent, absolutely fantastic. I felt extremely well taken care of. They were professional, and passionate about their job. A few of them went above and beyond to make sure thatnot only myself but my wife were as alright as we could be as we went through a traumatic time. The people that transported me from appointment to appointment were great. The cleaning staff were also spectacular a few of them went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to go to a hospital. Was also able to connect my xbox to the TV in the room.

I was at the Urgent Care at 700 Ironwood Bldg at the service was great! I went onlline to check how busy they were and they had openings within the hour so I made the appt and headed over. I was greeted with a smile and they verified all my information before I sat down. I did not wait more than 5 min before they were calling me back and in a room. The nurse was friendly, helpful, and answered what questions I had for her. The provider was in the room within 5 min again. He knew what my problem was relatively quickly, explained what signs told him that, what my options were, gave me things i could do until seen by regular doctor for followup. He did send the referral over and all on MyChart by the time I looked for it that evening. I know it is not always that way at Urgent Care, a slower point for them obviously - But when EVERYONE of them was amazing to work with - I know they truly care about their patients. This review is for Kootenai Rehabilitation My second total knee replacement was completed on November 17 since then I have been visiting rehabilitation twice a week. I can say that from the moment you walk in the door at reception that someone is with you for your treatment and I have seen continual improvement! The facility is clean. It is organized. Its people are friendly and accommodating. Kootenai health Clinics Is the most caring and organized company I have ever associated with in my 82 years!

Dr Jespersen is a wonderful doctor. This was my first visit to KH Lung and Asthma and he was familiar with my recent history. He took the time to listen to my issues, order relevant tests and prescribe a medication that is working well for me. I feel like I am being given my life back... Thank You so much and Bless You!

Dr. Van Cleave is truly exceptional. She remembers even the smallest details from visits more than a year ago, which makes every appointment feel personal and attentive. Her bedside manner is fabulous, and she brings a sense of calm and confidence to every interaction. When I went into labor in the middle of the night on a weekend, she arrived within 10 minutes of being called and my baby was born just five minutes later, safely in her hands. I'm incredibly grateful for the care she provided and am genuinely excited to have the opportunity to deliver with her again.
