I moved to Coeur d'Alene at the end of March and began my search for new medical providers. I needed a primary, a cardiologist and an orthopedic. I called the clinic and was seen within days. I had referrals and have been so pleased with the response and the measure of care from each doctor that I have seen. I have recommended your clinic and will continue to do so!!

I was cleared for my surgery by Dr Johnson and his team. It was one of the most thorough exams I've ever had and gave me complete confidence to move forward. They were friendly, courteous and kind. Above all professional and answered all my questions. Great experience! Thank you.

Great experience. Dr Johnson very knowledgeable and good at explaining my internal bleeding issues. Nurse Rebecka should also be acknowledged. She reminds me of one of my granddaughters also in the Health care industry with similar excellent communication skills. You are fortunate to have her on your very competent staff.

I was literally FLOWN to Kootenai Health with the fear I was having a mild heart attack. I was there for 18 hours and not one time did I see a cardiologist. We went through three nurses. The first two were very kind. The third one, wow. I saw her once at discharge.3 hours after my echo I hadn't heard anything so I requested to be discharged. One dr finally came in and said I'd be discharged within an hour. That hour came and there I sat still hooked up. I ended up taking out all the monitors and was just left with an IV. I called for a nurse and no one came in. I ended up calling the main hospital line who transferred me to the nurses station. The guy hung up on me when I said they needed to let me out. I was given what was referred to as a "prison" sandwich after 18 hours there. Barely any water. Again, no cardiologist. I actually had to lie about my pain to get free from there so I could eat. I would honestly rather die than ever go there again. I don't understand how you can tell me there are sicker people than me there but you hold me Hostage. I more than wanted to leave for 17 of those 18 hours. So let me go and get out of your way. I hope our last nurse loses her job. Whatever her name was...well, she was only my nurse for 6 hours so why would I even know her name. She also came in and asked if I was a smoker when I was being discharged. wth.

I had the best of care at Kootenai Hospital from 2/24/2024 to 2/28/2024. Starting in the emergency room with Dr, Crabtree M.D. and continued with Dr. Hanson Mouanoutoua D.O. and the emergency room Nurse's Kelly F. RN, Andria M. RN. Couldn't ask for better E.R. Nurse's. Then up on the 3rd flood Room 3401. I had Elli RN, Jessie RN, Stacie RN, Jen RN, Lisa RN, Nicole G, RN, Natalie Respiratory Therapy, and the other girl I don't have her name but she was from Minnesota. Both Respiratory Therapist were excellent. Then there was Jane and Dee who drew my blood. Both had a very steady hand Then my CNA's who were Heidi CNA, Michelle CNA, Allison CNA. And Angela Renee Youmans. I also would like to thank those people that I never saw from Room Service, for my breakfast, lunch , and dinner. Your food was excellent. I always say, if it's pleasing to the eye, then it will be pleasing to the palate and it was very pleasing! Thank you all for taking care of me.
