My appointment was a follow-up to St Luke's Emergency Service for severe chest pain. He reviewed the reports from my emergency visit for my heart symptoms. The testing done by the emergency doctor was very thorough so the only thing left to do would be a stress test. He asked me if I wanted to do a stress test and I said no I was fairly certain my symptoms were due to all the pain I had been in and were a panic attack. He was professional and compassionate at the same time. I feel like he addressed my concerns which were minimal and listened and I felt heard, which all patients want. For someone to listen, be compassionate and address any concerns.
