Thanks to my husband, (then, boyfriend ) I have been coming to see Dr. Seid for 21 years now, my husband, even longer. A kind and truly compassionate man that really cares for the well being of his patients. Dr. Seid represents everything a Doctor should be. He takes his time and carefully explains everything he needs to cover with you to get you feeling better. No rushing. No burdening you down with crazy fees, No shoving prescriptions in your hands and then sending you off to "deal" with the next client., just good old fashioned top quality care. I know a simple Mahalo isn't enough to even cover what this Amazing Man does but he's the type that wouldn't want you to fuss over him, he's much too modest.

Dr. Seid is worth the wait because he doesn't rush through his patients like most doctors. Of course nobody wants to wait. Wouldn't you appreciate his full attention when it's your turn? I waited around 20 minutes and I didn't mind. In my opinion, he's a very good doctor. In fact, doctors like him are hard to find.

Very long wait time just to see him and then all he does is write in his charts no nothing at all. Then he gives everybody the same meds, receptionist does not fax and fill in correct blood work form, I had a male blood work form filled. There is not much doctors in Wahiawa as it is but there has to be an audit or some insurance management to check on the wait times which is unacceptable go in at 10 get out at 2 for a mere 2 min consult, no not cool!

The providers at this office are good. The staff, however, not so much. MOMI excluded. I have a history of migraines and vertigo, just having moved to this side of the island, I needed to establish care with a new PCP and get referrals to specialists on this side of the island because I am on Medicaid. I went in a few months ago requesting a referral. I check back a month or so later and SHAY (one of the Office mangers)said that she will contact the office they referred me to...that was a month ago. Fast forward to today, suffering a migraine for 3 consecutive days now, I call back dr seids office and spoke to STELLA, at first she couldn't even locate my chart in their system because she can't spell to save her life (5 letter last name had to spell it 4 times for her), asked which office they had sent my referral to, she said she didn't even see that any referrals had even been done or started. I said it was unacceptable and she agreed LOL, I ask to speak to someone regarding this mishap and she gives me the number to wahiawa office (the office managers are usually hiding away in the wahiawa office) and of course NO ONE picks up the phone. YES, I have quest insurance, but does that mean my health gets put on the back burner?
