They pretend they will help you but they just tell you sweet lies and sugar coat things to make you feel better when in reality they don't help you pay for anything. You will always pay in full price. The lady was making excuses on why she couldn't help me saying it's a walk in service when in reality the office was empty and there's other workers that could've helped those people if needed. She said that only so I could leave since she knows she can't help me. Customer service they are nice but they are fake and won't help you at all.

Brandon from HMSA Pearl City was AWESOME! So professional and kind. He thoroughly answered every question or concern I had and lifted a weight off my shoulders. The office is very clean and spacious. Lots of free parking, too. If I ever have a future concern, I'm just going to go straight here because the people are so knowledgeable and friendly!

Just went in to clear up an insurance renewal discrepancy since I haven't been able to get through the phone lines because HMSA call centers are short staffed. I was helped in person today by Grace and she was delightful and helpful and assured me that should I need to come back in person, they will gladly assist. Absolutely a great team at the Pearl City branch!

I came over in need of help with understanding a certain PPO plan offered by an employer and Brandon was exceptional! He answered so many of my questions and was extremely patient with me. He was informative about the different PPO Plans offered and even did a breakdown for each one! If you don't have a full understanding of these topics, Brandon will inform you! Wonderful customer service!

One of the ladies has an attitude with no customer service. Rolled her eyes when I had my kids sitting down. Everyone else was nice except her. She looked miserable working there even tho she wasn't doing crap
