I don't know how to put into words the gratitude I have for Dr. Markarian, and her team. I've had several chronic problems for many years, which got significantly worse this year. This year I found Dr. Lund at Trade Winds, who is now my my primary care physician. She's done a bunch of tests and gotten me started on the road to recovery, however she also wanted me to have a cardiologist involved. So she recommended Dr. Markarian at Kailua Cardiology. After an initial consult, followed by a range of tests, and ruling out several potential issues, Dr. Markarian started a treatment plan for my heart condition, and severe inflammation - fluid build-up throughout my body. Almost right away, I began feeling somewhat better. However she then modified that plan and since then, I've reached a point of 80% improvement across the board for several of my issues, including asthma like symptoms, chronic cough, shortness of breath, the inability to sleep lying down, pain & stiffness in my legs... While I have a lot more to deal with, the transformation already has been breathtaking. I can't thank Dr. Markarian, or her team, enough for the quality of their work, or their warmth and caring.
