Had a severe food poisoning in Hawai which required medical care so we went to the nearest hospital. Big shoutout to dr. James Ham for the absolute perfect care. Erika & Gary also gave me an immediate good feeling with their calming & human aura. Would recommend big time, only -1 for the lady at the reception.

Absolutely, hands down, best ER experience of our lives! In and out in 1.5-2 hours. Everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. We live on the mainland and usually ER visits go 8-12 hours minimum. So pleased with the emergency services here. They figured out the issue so fast and had us on our way with a remedy in record time.

Dad walked in ER with abdominal pain. Though area is in renovation and we went up the wrong ramp with the wheelchair (that was actually the waiting area), we found our way to the ER entrance quickly and dad was seen immediately to get pain relief. Then nurses provided all necessary blood tests and scans to locate problem. Nurses were attentive and warm. Doctor came to our level so we could clearly understand dad's condition. Very beautiful and warm doctor. We appreciate that when patient is sick and family concerned. Thank you Straub Benioff.

My family has been coming to Straub for years. I came here as a kid, my mom came here when she was a kid, and now I'm bringing my grandma to Straub. Things are more or less the same, which is great from a consistency standpoint. You know exactly what your experience will be like whenever you visit. The two things to note is that parking has gotten Packed lately due to all the construction. It used to only take me a few minutes to find a stall. Today, it took me over 15 minutes. While I do get it, it's a bit of a hassle. I hope that the new renovation alleviates this. Other than that, the facilities are clean and the staff are nice. It eases my mind to know that they will take care of my grandma whenever we drop by.

Took my boyfriend there for a very aggressive bacterial infection on his feet. I took him in on a Saturday around 11 am and they were VERY fast and saw him almost immediately. We were in and out in about an hour. The doctor was very good and knowledgeable. We had been to an urgent care prior but she found other things the urgent care doctor had missed and now we feel very much relieved and have gained a lot of clarity on the issue. I will be going here from now on for any medical issues or emergencies. Great place and great people!
