Obtained my insurance and when I called around for a Primary Care Physician I spoke to his reception and asked if I set him to my PCP how long would it be before he could see me, as I had an injury I wanted to be looked at. His reception told me two weeks. I called my insurer and set him to my PCP. When I called his office back, he couldn't see me for one and a half MONTHS. I reminded them I had an injury and asked if they could move me forward to see the doctor. I asked if there was a cancellation could I see him sooner. The reception was cold and uncaring. They said they could do nothing for me. I never would have chosen this guy if his reception had given me an accurate answer to begin with. This guy wasted weeks of my time trying to get medical attention for my injury. Meanwhile the entire time I was in a lot of pain. Do yourselves a favor and look for another doctor who actually wants to see his patients.
