On my last visit, a Electro Cardiogram was scheduled in his office. I had the electrodes stuck to me and connected to the EKG machine, which had a lapse timer. I sat there for an hour and 6 minutes exactly when I decided to fire Dr Chan. I peeled off all the electrode and left. This was not the first time I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for him. He's competent, but incredibly inconsiderate towards his patients. I think 2 stars is a generous rating.
The wait time is 1-2 hours, even if I am on time with my grandma's appointment. First time I came here was about a few months ago and the lady who is checking up on her was rude. And again the cardiologist is high knowledge talking which means that I can't understand a thing he said. I will never come back
Waited over a hour..and clerk in front told me cause he had cardiograms today..then why schedule me on the day he does that?..treatment is good but the wait is ridiculous
