Dr.Nasser Therany is a great Doctor. Very profesional and very humble. A good sense of humor. Treats his patients with respect. A Heart Doctor with a great Heart.

My appointment was at 330 walked in to a small waiting room with 19 other people. Waited an hour to get vitals done and here it is 7pm and I'm still sitting here with other patients. Staff is rude and can't seem to be bothered. Clearly this is all about the money! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND HAVENT EVEN SEEN THE DOCTOR YET!

Get ready to wait forever. I arrived on time for my 10:00 a.m. appointment only to come to a cramp small waiting room filled with about 15 people who were ahead of me. Some have been there since 8:45 am. The staff there are defensive if you question them. They say that he never arrives until after 10:00 so basically they just heard all these people into this small cramped space and wait until he deems it's time for him to arrive. In a post Covid-19 world that's not cool to have a crowded small waiting area. Many people there are elderly and it's probably not good for them to be sitting on top of other people as elderly peoples immune system tend to be more vulnerable. Nobody is there to service anyone in the Perry office. In order to be seen, one has to drive to Eastman or all the way to Cordell over an hour away from the Warner Robins area. They need to do better, treat their patients better and not just herd them all into a small cramped space like sardine. I'll I'm looking for another cardiologist one who can actually see me. Part of patient care is to see a patient in a timely manner.

Yesterday 4-16-24 was my 3rd and finial visit to NT Cardio. I scheduled my appointment for the first one of the day so I could go to work. I arrive 35 minuets before they opened their door at 8:30 and waited, I was the second person to be checked in and yet somehow they filled their 5 examination rooms before they called me back for vitals. They tell me to go back out into their little cramped and extremely crowded waiting area to be called back so I asked the lady how is that, I was second to be checked in and 6th to be called back to a room with an appointment time of 8:45 which I was on time for but at 9:50 they want me to go back out and wait. She got rude with me, I called a different Cardiologist and am not a patient of theirs. Oh and I called my credit card company and issued a stop payment on the co-pay. The last 2 visits I was waiting over 4 hours to be seen.

Sure the wait sometimes is long, but at what specialist office is it not? Dr. Tehrani is very thorough and leaves no stones untouched, very professional! He saw my wife and after running tests had to place a stent in her heart. Initially was only going to take a look but when he found the blockage to be significant, he went ahead with the stent procedure right then. I've worked with all specialties of doctors for over 22 yrs while in the USAF, and I consider him to be one of the best. Excellent bedside manner and explains everything in detail to you. Would highly reccomend!
