I have been with Dr. Davidoff since 2006 following my heart bypass in 2005. Some arteries closed up and I had to have stents put in; she has been the best heart doctor I have seen since then. She is caring and compassionate and thorough. I have never had a problem with getting my meds or with the staff who have been nothing but courteous and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen for my appointment.

I have had 2 visits to Dr. Davidoff for unusual chest pain. She completed my workup in a very expedicious and efficient manner. She is a straight shooter-this is what's wrong and this is what we need to do to fix it. The staff is excellent: from the front office staff; Jennifer M and Amber, to the back office staff; Tracy, Leslie, and Brittaney. So caring, personal, professional, knowledgeable, informative. THANK YOU

I had the worst experience at this office... I will admit my first appt wasn't too bad. But when I was scheduled for for my stress test on Jan 31st 2018 at 12 pm I was advised not to eat 5 hrs prior. Which that was fine. I got to my appt on the 31st at 1141 since I lIke to be early however I sat in the waiting room and watched numerous patients come after me go back to their appt and leave before me. I heard the treadmill which was to be used for my stress test start and stop 4 times while I waited. It wasn't until 146 that the receptionists called me and giggled saying we haven't forgot about you. I started to get frustrated and reminded her my appt was at 12pm and it had been 2 hours and I never got seen and that they are just no telling me something and reminded her I was diabetic and my sugar was starting to go extremely lowell but she giggled again and said we may see you soon. I waited another 15min and went to the receptionist and said this is ridiculous I've been waiting over 2 hrs I'd like to cancel this appointment I need to eat something. She laughed and said I understand your frustration and her laughing made me even more upset so I requested to have my copay refunded. She said she couldn't refund it so I reminded her I paid when I got there and that I didn't have a problem paying it so what was the problem with getting a refund when I never got seen for 2hrs. She said she understood but she couldn't refund me my copay despite not being seen I said you guys didn't have a problem taking the money and making me wait while other patients that arrived after me got seen and got to go home. She said I know but we could see you soon and she asked me to wait while she walked off giggling. I waited another 10 min and was getting really upset and starting to feel really bad as my sugar was dropping. The staff and ethics of this office is extremely awful. No body should be referred here if they want to be respected like a human should be!

I always felt like I was an inconvenience to them. They use robo calls to confirm appointments and I have a robo call blocker on my phone. I asked why they didn't make personal calls and was told it was too much work. When I asked Nurse Jennifer why pills were prescribed a certain way which made more sense to me, she told me the doctor didn't want to see me anymore. Avoid unless you like being treated like insignificant cattle.

My wife had a stress test which was satisfactory and she viewed Dr. Davidoff as her cardiologist . However, both times my wife was admitted from the Emergency room for possible heart related problem Dr. Davidoff did not contact her after several notifications and only referred her to another Dr..that has recently I presume works with her.
