I had an appointment late 2024. The nurse practitioner Came in very confrontational and rude for whatever reason. I had never met her before. Dr. Kazi was ok but was very incessant about performing an invasive procedure that he would later agree that he wouldn't recommend. We agreed to have me wear a heart monitor for a week to see where I was. At no point did I ever receive a phone call to schedule this. I left a half dozen messages and never received a call back. Obviously they didn't want me as a patient and just didn't want to say it out loud. New heart doctor 100% was against the invasive procedure. Gotta ask myself if it was just a money grab

Everyone at this office was really nice including the doctor. My issue is with the wait times you could easily loose a whole day of work for 1 appt. Appt time 9 30 didn't go to back till 10. NP came in pretty fast but the Doctor took forever to Come in well after 11 before I saw the doctor. This makes no since

He went over his findings very fast and when I asked him to repeat so I could write it down he told me"i wouldn't understand".
I Needed a surgery clearance for an upcoming procedure. The procedure had to be canceled due to his lack of prompt response in scheduling a stress test.

The staff has gotten were they don't answer the phone have you on hold for 30 minutes or more this place is not what it use To be I called on 3/12/2024 at 4:30 pm for a medical clearance person came on the phone saying hold please didn't give me a chance to say anything I dial it again she came back and said the same thing and never came back to the phone now here it is 5 o'clock and your closed this kind of stuff needs to be reported if they don't want to do there job just leave I will be sharing this with the Doctor

Sharon is the rudest NP I've ever encountered. She basically walked out the room while I was talking during my appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone and would advise to look elsewhere. I definitely will not be returning.
