Bad Experience with a Receptionist "Courtney" she seems to think my Doctor appointment is free, no it's not I pay for IT, Courtney was disrespectful, rude, not friendly at all. If you have problems at home leave them there, don't bring them to work. You married him,and had those children I'm not too blam for your PROBLEMS. Customer Service is just as important at Doctor's office as a Walmart store. If Courtney don't care for patients she should go work in a Barn.

I am not a patient. I am not a doctor . I am a health care professional of roughly 20 years , 8 of which spent as a hospital colleague to the physicians in this group . I have directly observed and assisted them as a mutual care team member . Though i can't technically remark on their Personalities nor bedside manners from a doctor/Patient perspective ;I can say , that I have worked with Providers from Tallahassee to North Atlanta,As well as, in between! Simply stated: Miracle workers are found only on TV, However, if you have a medical Concern acute or chronic, this group Consists of consistently exceptional assessment skills and procedural talents ! Unyielding competence to say the least ! I am referring to namely: doctors' Beale, Newton, and Staten... if you want to be fixed, and can be fixed, then you want these guys Diagnosing, treating , And "prognosing "you. The truth may not always be pretty but they are also very honest about your bottom line condition,Health status , and expectations, even Limitations regarding one's individual goals And obstacles. In my opinion all be-it classical cynicism;if you do you not wanna help yourself then you can't expect anyone to help you though I've seen them try their best And even succeed despite this common reality ! i've gone on record with this strictly , objective , unbiased review ,mostly ,because I've only seen a couple reviews and they all deserve in the least - A fair and honest opinion from someone who has seen them in action Professionally for years.Unfortunately, such honest objectivity on their parts is often mistaken for insensitivity among other discrepancies by those they serve . I can assure you those would be Unrealistic, misconceptions on the behalf of their patients and families if at all Surmised By even a single individual! Furthermore, understand , that I have no current/future affiliation nor will i benefit from providing this review! it is offered objectively with a (just-in-case) presumption of any doubts ,that may Or may not exist ,within the community. Again, after witnessing firsthand From behind the clinical curtains what our Healthcare system has to offer our patients/ loved ones - Community and state wide ; this group is truly your best chance at longevity , Especially in a hole- in -the -wall like Valdosta , Ga! You don't have to take my word for it Obviously , However, I hope you don't sell yourselves short in your quests for healing - looking for the next House , MD or Dr. Conrad from:"The Resident " . Good luck to you all ! Thank you for your attention!

Been trying to call and schedule an initial appointment for the past 2 and a half weeks. Between not getting call-backs and being put on hold and forgotten about, I can't seem to get a dang appointment scheduled. This is unacceptable.
