Dr Staton is always thorough and great doctor. You will not find a better doctor! I travel 2 hours one way to go to him.

Dr Staton is a very good doctor. We had a terrible encounter with his office staff . After reading other reviews we are not the only ones that have experienced this.. I know Dr Staton is a busy cardiologist but he really needs to look at the reviews and correct these issues with his staff. After all...its the patients who truly suffer the consequences.

After a procedure for a fib, Dr. Staton tells my dad "sounds like you're crushing rocks in your chest. Four days later he's in respiratory failure with double pneumonia. My dad had just been released from a nursing home rehab because they said he couldn't participate in PT any longer. Perhaps Dr. Staton could've taken a few more minutes with my father, checked him thoroughly and maybe he would not have ended up in ICU on a ventilator four days later. By the way, my dad was not a new patient to Dr. Staton. He knew my dad's history, knew him very well. My dad is now in hospice.
