I took my two daughters to MedCura Health today, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, which immediately set a positive tone. The nurses and doctor were absolutely amazing--very patient, kind, and professional. They handled my kids with great care and made them feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. From the initial check-up to the analysis of the results, everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently. Excellent care, excellent staff, and a truly reassuring experience for both parents and children. I highly recommend MedCura Health

This place is a joke . They don't care about being professional at all. There's paperwork that needs to be provided to insurance company and they don't DO THE WORK. Other doctors on my medical team try contacting them and no one picks up. The fax number isn't valid or they are just to lazy to check it. Been going here since May and they still haven't done the work so I can get the help that I need. I understand having other patients but this is unacceptable. Seem like they are only interested in your health if you have easy insurance or pay up front. Their incompetence is hindering my health and mental health.

Mental health isn't taken seriously enough I understand policy and procedures but this physician was a JOKE!!! I go here for convenience but will now treat it like an urgent care. I'll be returning to a larger network where physicians actually care and take your health seriously and aren't intimidated by others or their contractual obligations vs patient care extremely disappointed!!! They push meds faster than anything else be aware ! I should have know especially when it comes to the minority .

Do not waste your money coming here. I paid $75 to see a nurse/ doctor because I had a sinus infection bad. The only thing the nurse did was try to prescribe me Flonase. Mind you Flonase is over the counter. And I told her I use that already. I had to force her to prescribe me some prednisone (a steroid) to help clear me up. And I was also refused antibiotics. Which I wasn't too mad about but I definitely questioned her a lot. But the fact that she was only about to prescribe me over the counter Flonase is INSANE after paying $75!! I could've asked ChatGPT that. Mind you, I always have sinus infections bad around Thanksgiving. And I told her what my doctors usually do that really helps me. She went against everything I said. So don't waste your money or time.

I had a good experience with the doctor very professional and I was satisfied with the care I received. However, the front desk and office staff have been extremely unprofessional. The doctor prescribed me medication, but for over two weeks I have been unable to get it. I have tried multiple times I called, I went in person twice, and still no one followed up or provided my prescription. This kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it concerns a patient's health.
