Everyone in the cardiac ICU was so amazing and comforting. They all followed up with me and always made me feel safe with no pressure on unnecessary things. They were great. Not that I want to go back (for obvious reasons) but if I had another episode... I definitely want to go to Piedmont!!! I have complete faith in the whole staff. Thank you for taking care of me!!!!

I appreciate the care that I received during my visit. The staff was caring and attentive I was extremely nervous and they talked me through the steps for each area during my er visit. During discharge I had the nicest transporter Xavier. He was very kind and told me to take care of myself. After reaching my car, he opened my door and again said take care of yourself, there's only one you. I hope everyone gets the care I received.

We received exceptional service from all the staff at all phases of Dick's stay. ICU was unbelievable in their care for my husband. He would not have survived without the expertise of the emergency room and ICU doctors, nurses and aides. We were fortunate he was taken to Piedmont Eastside. I had an excellent mammogram experience. The staff was friendly, respectful, and very professional. My mammogram tech, Jewel made sure I was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and performed the exam efficiently and gently. The entire visit was smooth and reassuring, and I'm very grateful for such a positive experience.

Took my mom to the ER Tuesday evening December 9. From the gentleman at the front desk to the triage team, the nurses and doctors all took amazing care of her. They addressed my concerns and no question was insignificant. She was admitted for a few days and I was satisfied with the level of care she received. The nurse supervisor DJ explained the plan they had for her, from current situation to where we need to be. The transport team, Joseph, Xavier and crew. Thank you.
