This was my first vist. The check -out machines are great. The nurse and doctor was also great . Check- out was okay. Expect for my paperwork being written in pink . Good first vist. Will let you know about second vist.

I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk representative named Barbara during my recent visit. While waiting for my appointment, I overheard her make a rude and unprofessional comment, saying they needed to "hurry up and do something" with me before she had to "kick me out of the office." This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. Her tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that this was my impression of the office, as it reflects poorly on the entire team. I hope this matter is addressed and that future visitors are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.

I usually see Dr. Hyatt in Duluth but tried his Snellville office this time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room was roomy and smelled pleasant. Had a TV on in the waiting room so you had something to watch. I wouldn't mind coming to this office again

The staff and Dr's. take time to talk with you and treat you more like a person than than a paycheck. Dr. Gao is outstanding.

As an African American woman, I am always skeptical about health care being provided to me with care. I must say Dr. Yuri Pride is excellent!! First off all his bedside manner is phenomenal. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, timely and genuine with his care and concern about me as a person. I was not rushed. I felt no reluctance with his treatment plan. And most of all I felt safe. Thank you Dr. Pride. I look forward to reaching my health goals with your guidance.
