I had a consult with Dr. Ermentrout and even though I was not a candidate for the UFE procedure he took ample time to go over my MRI with me. I really appreciated his present demeanor, candor, and expertise. He was able to speak to me about my symptoms, as well as Radio Frequency Ablation, and other surgical options. He was very professional and was able to compare my situation to others he has seen in the past which made me feel better about what I am dealing with. He even offered so send copies of his notes to my obgyn and gynecological oncologist. IF you are considering UFE I highly recommend that you consult with Dr. Ermentrout. I found him to be very knowledgeable.

What an amazing experience from the front office staff to the surgery team and Dr E!! Simply amazing. My fibroids were so bad that I had severe anemia. I had to have iron infusions every week, loss of my hair, pain, bleeding etc. I was weak and just feeling drained. I've been dealing with fibroids for years and only wish I would have had this procedure years ago. I'm 44young and this UFE has changed my life for the better. My periods are lighter, no clotting, hair slowly growing back, I feel energized, no more anemia and the list goes on. My fibroids shrinked more than half about 70% I am only 3 months post procedure. I'm so grateful for this! Thank you so much Dr E for taking care of me. I can't thank you enough! If your fibroids are a problem please consider this before doing hysterectomy if an option for you.

I just had my procedure done on Friday and today is Monday. I still have slight pain and I feel weak but I'm trusting the process. Dr Ermentrout and his team were great. Chaz and Molly kept me comfortable and laughing before the procedure.
I appreciate each of you for everything you've brought to the table. I can't wait to see the full results of this UFE over the next few weeks.
Thank you all so much!!!
