I've been going to this doctor for 5 years now and I've really really loved her, but as many of the other reviews have posted, I now also got charged an additional bill during my yearly visit this time around. They charged my yearly PLUS an extra office visit. I did not go in with ANY health concerns. I just went in for my normal yearly physical and bloodwork. She asked me questions, I answered them. Not to mention, I was seen late and then never even got a response about test results. Billing has already refused to help. Really unhappy patient.

I've been going to Dr. Chun for a 5 years now. She's always been kind and listens to what I say. I enjoy building a relationship with my Dr so I've been hesitant to change even with the long wait times for lab draws or in the room waiting for her. My last 2 physicals she's asked me questions about my supplements and suggested a prescription that's better to Take. I have been billed with a Dr visit afterwards. The first time i did not hear back when I called to inquire. This year I keep getting bills for a doctor's visit and the office will not call me back to discuss. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Chun treats patients like idiots. If you're new to seeing her, she'll gloss over any of your concerns and continue to explain how your medications work as if you haven't been taking them for years. She'll go as far as trying to take you off said medication without even knowing you. You will not be listened. (No one wants the usual blanket statements with no real action) Healthcare is already expensive; go to someone that respects patients and pays attention to bedside manner.

I was a new patient of Dr. Chun with my first visit being in April 2024. I was switching from a provider in the same office/practice as her because I felt that I was not getting the level of input and care for my health and wellbeing that I desired. I wish I had done more research because I went from bad to worse. The first visit with Dr. Chun was pleasant enough...I thought she was going to be a breath of fresh air. When my annual labs came back, I had concerns about one result. She sent me for more tests, sent me to a specialist, sent me back for more labs and round and round and round....here we are 6 months later (October 2024) and I STILL do not have any answers as to why my lab result was slightly elevated. She even went so far as to schedule a VIDEO follow up call with me to discuss labs. I was BILLED $217 for the call....we were on the phone LESS than 15 mins and the information she provided could have been uploaded in MyChart or put in an email. I just received ANOTHER $290 bill today for labs she ordered back in JUNE. To this day, I have YET to hear from Dr. Chun with any answers or any follow up. I am DISGUSTED with Dr. Chun, her lack of care, and the entire Wellstar system as a whole. The healthcare system is bad enough--doesn't make it any better to have a Dr. that is just a money grab. I am definitely SWITCHING providers and I would NOT recommend Dr. Chun nor Wellstar system!!! You, your family, and your health deserve better!!!

Dr. Chun has been my primary Dr. for over 2 years now, and I am so grateful to have her! Dr. Chun never rushes our time together, she is thoughtful and genuinely caring when it comes to my health. I didn't have my best year health wise and Dr. Chun made sure to provide me with all the labs, resources, and additional information that I needed to help get things turned around. Dr. Chun cares and it shows in the time she gives you. Best all around primary care Dr. I've ever had. Thank you Dr. Chun, I appreciate you!
