Today was the 2nd time I have seen Dr.Havlik. She was absolutely amazing.(same as last visit). The nurse that called me back wasn't as friendly. When I told her what I was there for her facial expression told me exactly what she was thinking. Advise to her, you never know what people are going through so be kind. And most importantly, you are in the wrong profession if you are going to react like that to patients daily. I go to this location because of the pleasant staff(30 minutes away from my home). Dr. Havlik made up for her rude behavior. I really appreciate her professionalism, kindness and willing to always help. Thank you Dr. Havlik!! :)
