My visit with Dr David Tian was horrible. Feels like a money grab and no concern for your well being. He typed away at the computer as I tried to explain my health concerns. And when I asked if there was anything I could do when experiencing symptoms to feel relief he said no we would have to wait until test are completed. Asked again and he doubled down and said test would need to be completed before he knew anything. I asked what about breathing techniques to help with my heart beat. He said no nothing I can tell you until his test results could be completed which would be months out. Terrible experience, money grab, no help and rude.

I was there at 1045am on 8/5/2025 for my 11am appointment. At 1130am I was still waiting in the waiting room. I then stood in line for another 5 minutes so I could tell the front desk I could not wait anymore. The guy just wanted to know if I wanted to re-schedule which I did. By the way this is the second time this happened at this office except the first time I waited 50 minutes. This morning I received an email from this practice charging me $50 because I did not show up for my appointment. This place is a mess.

I had an appointment with Dr. Shibu Philip, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. He was dismissive regarding my care and made me feel as if I didn't understand my own medical history. When I mentioned a recent test he was trying to reschedule, he implied I was confused about it, despite my 11 years of experience in healthcare. After waiting an hour for the nurse to come in to schedule a stress test, I was informed I could have left and scheduled it at the front desk. While the nursing and front desk staff were great, I will not be returning due to my experience with Dr. Philip.

Had appointment that afternoon, no one was at the reception desk for about 30 min( no sign saying be right back nothing). The waiting room feels like you sitting in a basement.

As this was my first visit, they only received 4 stars. Though apprehensive due to previous reviews, I must say it appears they might have taken the comments seriously and made appropriate changes. During my visit this month, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The receptionist was busy but took the time to look at me, excuse herself and say she would tend to us shortly, which she did. Thank you acknowledging my arrival. Within 10 of arrival another staff member took us to the Dr's office where she reviewed was gracious, patient, and considerate in reviewing my elderly mother's medical history. Finally, Dr K (last name difficult to remember) was exceptionally compassionate and patiently explained to my mother and I about her condition and treatment options. He was an absolute delight. Thank for making this a stress free experience, thank for your patience and kindness. Thank you for tearing my mother with dignity and respect. I truly appreciate it. I wish you and your staff, all the best.
