Went to ER due to heart issues. Admitted for observation. Just wanted to say all the nurses and doctors were kind and caring! I was put in a semi-private room. This was not ideal at all! The other individual kept me up all night! I know it is not a vacation but they definitely need new beds on the 5th floor. You could feel the bar underneath. Furthermore they had no pillows, and the nurses became inventive and put towels and washcloths in a pillowcase. There were no extra blankets. Also when going down for a CT scan are some of the elevators were not working and the place definitely needs a new face-lift! Painting and color changes need to be done. Also the patient coordinators need to give the billing office the correct insurance information. I received bills right as I got home that had not even been billed to insurance yet. Just wanted to say the care was superb!

Dec.3rd I had a severe Heart attack from a clogged in my heart and the doctors had to put 2 stents on the right side of my heart. The doctors and nurses where awesome and amazing at what they do. From the grace of God and the Staff my life was saved. After the stents where done the nurses took very good care of me and all was so perfessional at what they do. My hats off to all they saved me and took care of my stay. I came home on the afternoon of the 5th. Thank God for your Staff. Mitchell Vallejos ( patient

Everyone was very sweet and helpful. They were very attentive to my needs. I did tell a nurse in pre surgery I brought my own meds. At 6:30 in the morning they also gave me my medicine. I did not catch it, was kind of out out it with pain meds. I should have communicated more with the floor nurses. Otherwise everyone was very professional. I did wonder about all the med they gave me that was supposed to be taken with food. They were given without food.?

My stay here was brief but I will say it doesn't come close to my previous stay at Optim's Reidsville location. I gave 2 stars because checking in was easy and waiting to go back for my surgery was flawless and everyone was very kind and very accommodating. After surgery was another story with terrible bedside manner. I had to page the nurses station several times to get assistance and sometimes just got a "yeah?" Over the speaker if I was even answered at all - glad I wasn't choking or having a serious issue that took away my ability to speak because I would have been out of luck. I had to continually ask for ice to be refilled in my ice pack, where I was greeted with eye rolls and sighs of annoyance. I was told it was my responsibility to track my pain meds not theirs & if I wanted them I had to ask. This was my third surgery in a year, that is not how pain meds work, they work by staying in your system and how do you expect someone drugged and in pain to keep track of their own time? No matter what it was I needed, I was treated as if it were an inconvenience. Thankfully my husband stayed with me and was able to not only help me get up to go to the bathroom but also walk to the nurses station to get assistance. I should have waited for a vacancy at the other location. I would absolutely not choose to stay here again.

I would like to recognize Mr. Shawn in the registration department for his outstanding service. He was so polite, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He made sure everything went smoothly, and as soon as we finished the paperwork, my mother was called back right away to be seen. I truly appreciate his warm attitude and excellent customer service -- it made a big difference in our experience. Thank you, Mr. Shawn, for your kindness and efficiency!
