St. Joseph's/Candler Primary Care - Eisenhower

Dr Carr and her PA Mallory are very thorough with my exams when I visit their facility. I have been a patient of Dr Felecia Carr since I was 19 years old and I am very satisfied and confident with her medical care towards me. Her staff Kay Kay and nurse Renee are excellent!!! If I am not feeling well and have to make an urgent appointment nurse Renee always calls me back and provides a quick scheduling to get me in the office for medical treatment. Kay Kay is quite pleasant and understanding when she assists me too. I cannot imagine me nor my family under any other PCP other than Dr Felecia Carr and Mallory. Me and my adult children, son in law and my sibling are patients at the St Joseph's Primary Care on Eisenhower. I emphasize adult because they have a choice of who they trust their health with and they've decided to trust Dr Felecia Carr, Mallory and the rest of her staff with their medical care as do I. Kudos to you Dr Carr and your entire team!!!

Dr. carr has been my great aunt's primary care for over 10 years and my aunt always comes home to tell me and my husband what a great visit she had. Well her last visit I attended with her sometime last week 24th or 25th she expressed again how thoughtful and caring dr carr and her staff were but we did not appreciate how rude a patient had gotten with her staff after she had greeted this woman so nicely several times and this woman was completely out of line and I want to sincerely apologize to dr carr and her staff because they are always so nice to everyone even the ones who aren't her patients! So you ladies keep up the good work and merry Christmas to you all!

Dr. Felicia Carr is the best primary care physician I've ever had! That's saying something because I'm 61 years old. She has an excellent bedside manner, listens carefully, and has a joyful personality. I am so grateful to have her as my physician.

I love my Doctor and PA. There is a communication breakdown regarding prescription refills. I called over a week ago. Still hasn't been sent to the pharmacy. Same thing happened last time. Took almost 2 weeks to get them to call it in. They are medications that I need and take as instructed. To go without for 2 weeks and to have to keep calling feels wrong. Considering going to a different practice because I feel like the people in charge of getting the scripts to the doctors just do not care.

My first visit with Dr. Gordon was a pleasure. I first met with Hunter, nurse/ medical assistant who was warm and professional, making me feel welcome and relaxed. Handed me a contact card for any questions I may have later that she would be able to help me if needed. Later Dr. Gordon's greeted ne with a great smile and a handshake. She make you feel comfortable and at ease right away. The beginning of our conversation went like this ..." Tell me all about you, as I want to get to know you?" She was in no hurry as we had great conversation for quite sometime. I was treated as if I were the only patient she had! I look forward to having a long professional relationship with this team . And very much trusting I will be in good hands now and in the future. Great experience! Also side note the front desk check in people were also helpful, warm & professional.
