Treated with nothing but disrespect. I was bargained with by the nurse "if you let me draw your blood, I'll let you have your phone for 15 minutes." I never did see my phone after my labs. I had to change in to my gown in the middle of the hallway. Nothing but lies and incompetent, rude care. I am ashamed to be in healthcare myself. I have provided care for patients for over 15 years and worked in many hospitals. Never have I been so disgusted. Additionally I asked SEVERAL times to ensure the physician that sees me is covered by my insurance. Each time I was assured they did and then I received the over $8000 bill

Love this office and my doctor but im prescribed a controlled substance with refills for 3 months, it's a repeated issue of them not sending the correct refills or giving paper copies. I'm now without medicine that causes me to get sick when I go without. Doctor gets to go on vacation and I get to cancel mine due to withdrawal of a medicine. On call doctor will get it right to you they said. A day later and no response and nothing but horrible rude customer service. Really a horrible thing to do to patients who are dependent on their medicine. Are we curing sickness or inducing it?

I have seen Dr Fabrizio and Angela Mixon for years. They are both exceptional! Angela Mixon is attentive, thoughtful and thorough. I have a lot of friends that now see her too & we all are so thankful to have found such wonderful caregivers. I especially love that they are both committed to the Wilmington Island community as well! We need more care providers like these two women in the world!

Everyone has been so friendly and efficient. The facility is always clean and updated. It's easy to get an appointment. I've been seeing Dr. Blasi and she's been wonderful. Really happy with the overall service here.
