Everyone was courteous and pleasant. Some issues with rescheduling that were done promptly to my satisfaction. Nursing staff were friendly and light hearted. Helped ease my anxiety. Love Dr. Yeh..explains things adequately, and LISTS priorities in order. Really appreciate a good human staff.
Dr. Burgess was great. I was a new patient coming from Northwestern in Chicago where I received great care. He was honest and detailed, spent time with me and a plan for next steps. I was in and out quickly and his staff was polite.
The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable! They was able to calm my Autistic Son down and make him comfortable. Once he was calm, they were able to do their job with no problems! Thank you all!!
Great doctor, very knowledgeable. The only issue i had was the wait to see the doctor was over an hour. This was not in the lobby this was after they put me in a room. Someone should of communicated to me that the doctor was behind schedule and my wait would be longer than usual.
