The surgery was very successful. Many thanks to Dr. Despande for his skill. I have some post operative pain and may have more for a few days. I am so thankful I can walk already. The nurses Ally and Heather were wonderful. I was a little woozy and do not remember the name of the nurse in the post surgery room but she was also excellent. It is a miracle to have major surgery in the morning and be home in the afternoon. I am so happy I had the operation.

Well I have to say Dr.Barnes and his staff Maddie, Allie, Rebeca from pre surgery and just everyone did more then create a life changing experience for me. As someone in recovery they understood all my needs to not leave with any pain meds. Didn't judge me or treat me any different when finding this out. Continued to deliver phenomenal service far beyond anything I have experienced before. Then there is Maryan my post care nurse super knowledgeable and extremely personable. Just amazing people. O then there is also the wonderful woman on the anesthesia team. Came in to talk to me about things prior to surgery and she was heaven sent. To anyone I left out I apologize. I have to wrap this up by saying Dr.Barnes is a true master at his craft. Skills honed until any other. He comes as advertised him and the team. Thank you Memorial Health !

This is the Best hospital that I have ever been to. My daughter delivered her baby 10 weeks early and the staff here are absolutely great. They have the best NICU and the staff is so caring and loving towards the babies.

My brother has been in the TICU since September 3, 2025, and all of his care team members have been nothing but excellent! From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists, and even the radiology techs, they are all awesome! I do have to give extra credit to Kasi L. (RN) in the TICU, though! I nominated her for the DAISY award. Kasi has been a truly wonderful and caring nurse, showing compassion and dedication that went far beyond expectations in her care for my younger brother. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen attentively, making sure that his needs were fully understood and addressed. Her warmth and kindness created an environment where my brother felt not only safe, but also genuinely supported. What set Kasi apart was her willingness to go above and beyond. She paid close attention to the smallest details of my brother's care, ensuring his comfort and well-being at every step. Whether it was providing reassurance during difficult moments, taking extra time to explain treatments clearly, or offering encouragement when he needed it most, she consistently demonstrated both professional excellence and heartfelt compassion. Her actions reflected more than just a job--she showed genuine concern for my brother as a person. Through her patience, empathy, and dedication, Kasi made a challenging situation far more manageable, leaving a lasting impact not only on my brother but also on those who witnessed her care. She exemplifies what it means to be a nurse who truly makes a difference!

Thanks to Dr Randy Bottner, I now have a pacemaker even though I have a perfect heart! I was sent to Memorial by ambulance even though I felt no pain whatsoever but found I had a heart rate of 35 BPM. My only complaint was the night staff! There was no remote for calling the nurses, said would try to find one, they never did till next morning. I'd had nothing to drink since noon yet I'd asked for water, no one brought any after they said the would! The nurses & help were constantly laughing, dropping heavy stuff ALL NIGHT LONG! I had to call out loud to get someone to get me up for toilet, close door for noise or to move me from lights! Needless to say, with no sleep all night & after pacemaker, I was sent home & have been great since!
