I met Dr. Rathbun for a cardiology clearance back in 08/2023 for bariatric surgery. He was very encouraging and took all the right steps to be sure I was good to go for my surgery. He made a little joke and we both laughed about it. He does make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I'm sure he is like this with all of his patients. Thanks again!

I really like Dr Rathbun but trying to reach his office is very frustrating. If the nurse is away from her desk there is no way to reach anyone else or leave a voice mail message. I actually had to call Candler Hospital and they were able to put me through to his office.

Dr. John Rathbun has forgotten a lot of things about your heart that some of the other Dr's need to know before taking on new patients. Rathbun is a great doctor.

Took me 7 times to reach someone who could help me. I've been trying to refill a heart medication for 2 weeks... pharmacy sent in three times. No response. No one has a voice mail. The phone just rings and rings. Refill department has a message instructing to have the pharmacy call them.., no person to talk to. I am very frustrated.
