Dr. Felicia Carr did her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University and attended the Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, where she earned her medical degree. She completed her residency in family practice at the Medical Center of Georgia in Macon. She was employed at Memorial Health's Historic District office from 1996 until she made the move to join St. Joseph's/Candler Primary Care at Eisenhower in 2011. Dr. Carr is board certified in family medicine.

Dr Carr and her staff is the best team ever. She is very smart and intelligent. She cares about her patient. Alot of doctor's rush you in and out the door and have no concern about your feelings or issues. Dr Carr cares and is concern about everything. When I call about meds or anything her staff is always RIGHT ON TIME. This is what I love about her and her staff. I have been with her over 20 years.
Dr. Carr has been my doctor for over 12 years. I love her. She is so attentive and personal in each doctor's visit. I love that she takes her time and get to knows each patient. Dr. Carr and her staff have taken the best care of me for over 10 years now. It is hard to find the words of how compassionate and caring they truly are. Dr. Carr and her staff are respectful, considerate, responsive and professional in all ways possible. They take time to listen to my needs or concerns, then make sure I'm in the best care possible, which is rare these days! They are truly the best!
