Wednesday was my first visit to see Dr Burgess and I an very impressed! I couldn't believe how quickly I was called back or how quickly I saw Dr Burgess. He saved his staff was so nice and helpful. He made me feel relaxed and heard. I'm going for a heart Cath early this week, and I don't even feel anxious! I feel safe. Thank God for you all and God bless
My first appointment with Dr. Burgess was excellent. I moved from Chicago where I had exceptional care from Northwestern Cardiology and had concerns moving to one here but he was very knowledgeable, honest and a specialist in reading EKGs which is great for my condition. He took his time with me and had great bedside manner. I did not wait long to see him and his staff was very polite.
Dr Brett Burgess and all of his staff including the check-in receptionists are all very professional and very knowledgeable in their own specialized field of medicine. As a patient I very personally respect all of them and absolutely love and appreciate how they treat patients and make them feel comfortable and that they are all equals no matter the race, color of their skin, age or even their ethnicity.
The nurse and staff were great. I was happy when I got the referral to Dr Burgess after reading the reviews. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day when I saw him, but his bed side manor was horrible. He didn't talk about my test results at all. He just seemed like he didn't care. I left very upset and frustrated.
The staff was kind and helpful. And Dr. Burgess is very kind and goes over all of the test results. Gives you information for your next visit and if you need to have a test done his staff is very much on top of helping to set up what you need to do next.
