I didn't have any problems at this office. Instead they looked and took care of my needs. Customer service was excellent at the front desk and the nurse as well. She took her time with me and didn't rush me in getting all she needed to get done prior to the doctor seeing me because I was a little slow disconnecting my stimulator for her to get a correct reading.
Southcoast really needs to do better with their time mgmt. I waited 30 minutes before they called me to the back and another 25 minutes before the doctor walked in. I told him he had 5 minutes to spare, and asked if my time not important. He was in the room with me less than 5 minutes and he was sprinting away. He explained that he was alone seeing patients. They should consider offering patients the opportunity to reschedule if their so short staffed. They called and text several times confirming the appointment. They should have been more considerate.
We were very pleased with my MILs visit with Dr Adeniyi. He explained things to us in a way she understood and has recommended a procedure that will be very beneficial to her going forward. We were not expecting that and are thrilled!
