I am extremely happy to say that the services of Prevent Clinic cardiology are excellent! Dr. Montgomery is not only knowledgeable, proficient, and proactive, but he's also inspirational. I need my appointments, not only knowing what to do, but motivated to do it! His staff is an extension of that service and professionalism. They are not only Professional, but they are hospitable. Marquita and Yasmine "Ya Ya" The faces and the spirit of the office! Katherine "Kat" Does excellent and proficient preparation for the appointment. I give this team five stars without hesitation!

Dr Montgomery is one of the nicest,calming person I know. I have severe "WHITE COAT SYNDROME ". The night before any Dr's appointment I can't sleep I get all worked up which usually sends my blood pressure up. Well Dr Montgomery was the first doctor I have been to that advises his staff to take my blood pressure when I am leaving his office (my final reading before I go out his office door). He also talks to you to about things you love while reading the oximeter on your finger and watching your heart rate getting normal. I do my best to find doctors that listen and care. Honestly I am an ADULT that acts like a child in a Doctors or Dentist office (Always bawling ). His office is esthetically beautiful,his staff is professional and kind.

This rating is NOT for the doctor at the clinic let me be clear! If I could give 0 stars I would for the staff here specifically the front desk who answer the telephone and answer questions and handling processing new patients. First of I called directly to office in July and provided health insurance information and female staff personnel confirmed they accepted insurance, then I inquired about Dr. Montgomery taking new patients and she confirmed he was but that the first new patient appointment was not until November..I accepted appointment because I did my research and Dr..Montgomery is supposed to be a good cardiologists. I called back to the office with my boyfriend present and asked that he be placed on a cancelation list. She again confirmed with him wjst insurance he had and then said she put him on the cancelation list. Last week the staff called with appointment reminder and sent link with appointment reminder and check in link. He checked im did his Hipaa, Emergency contact, etc.. electronically. Yesterday we arrive for gis appointment 20 plus minutes early and while checking in the male desk staff person asks was my boyfriend doing private pay, of course I think he talking about copay portion. My boyfriend days here is my insurance card the guy looked surprised then took card. He got up from the desk and went to the back then returned and called my boyfriend back to the desk and informed him that his insurance was not accepted. So immediately I let him know how unacceptable that was being that I called and confirmed approximately 4 months ago. I asked at least could the doctor recommend another dictator since the offhand WASTED our time and definitely decreased the chances of us finding and being seen by a good doctor at the end of the year. Basically Tthe staff here didn't bother to look at any insurance information EVER! Just wasting people time and having no care or regard for people's health.

I had an amazing visit with Dr.Powell! From the beginning to end! We had an amazing check in process all the in office staff was amazing even when I called to follow up. During my visit her energy was great! She was extremely thorough and patient during my appointment, I had lots of questions which she answered with no hesitation. I have nothing but great things to say and am happy I found this office.

Such a refreshing experience. I HIGHLY recommend this practice. I went for a my first stress test with apprehension and left with a smile on my face. I went to the primary care office accidentally but was still greeted with a smile and was checked in and directed to the correct office for my procedure. The entire experience was an A++. This could be a very long review but know every bit of what I said would be positive. I looked forward to coming back for my preventative care. Did I say I highly recommend? I HIGHLY recommend.
