I came here looking for a new doctor and nobody was up front except for the guy named chase. He was really informative about the doctors there and had a great sense of humor. He made me laugh a lot and that was something that i personally really needed that day. He also relates to patients seeing as i listened to him speak to a patient before me while she was crying and he cheered her up. He isn't like other people that you meet at a doctors office. He really cares and he's real. When I came up there prior with my mother who is a patient of Dr Reddy's the lady that sits and works behind him was really nasty to him and she shouldn't work there. She was being very rude to not only him that day but to everyone else that works the front. She shouldn't work there if she feels and acts how she does. Even though Dr john scott isn't taking any new patients at the moment, I had a very pleasant memory with Mr Chase. Ask for him anytime you can.

Dr. Arora and her staff are polite and attentive. Dr. Arora takes the time to listen to me and ensures all my concerns are addressed at each visit. She's very knowledgeable , personable and caring. Miss Mercedes (The front office) is very accommodating and pleasant.

For weeks I've been unable to contact the family medicine staff via phone (Dr. Reddy's office specifically) Every time I've called to speak with staff (10 times at least) it immediately goes to their full inbox. I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Even went in person earlier this week to confirm it was still on. The evening before my appointment they left me a voicemail saying actually the doctor won't be in at that time. I can't even call them back to get a new time and online the appointment are booked two months out. It's ridiculous I need to take time out of my work day to see them in person every single time I need to speak with someone at the front desk.

Seems when you've been hurting really bad wth your back and you try to get hold of your doctor it's either voicemail is full .if u leave message nobody calls u back. I've been hurting so bad wth my back and knees I have to hold to pull myself up outa the chair in a lot of pain. Nobody takes the time to call me Dr reddy or nurse. I can't do my daily mile walk. I've tried and tried.to get in touch. Maybe I can find someone who will help me. Believe me if they hurt as bad as I've been last 3 months pain is unbearbeable

Dr. Fann and his staff are amazing. He is a godly man and I trust him with my whole heart. I would let him do any kind of procedure on me if he needed to.
