The Chattanooga Heart Institute - Parkway

I'm a patient that goes to see Carol Wilbanks NP. I had open heart surgery 14 years ago. Nurse Practitioner Carol Wilbanks has did an awesome job in watching my numbers, doing test to prevent and catch any issues that I may not be aware of. She is very thorough in her testing and observation. She is a wonderful person. It feels good to have someone watching your heart that has a beautiful heart themselves. All the staff were awesome as well. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful medical staff so close to home.

Came here 7 years ago and loved my doctor. Called today to schedule an appointment and was told I count as a new patient and they do not take self pay new patients. Was told to ask at Erlanger. Memorial is known as the gold standard for cardiology. Denying patients the best care just because they do not have health insurance is unacceptable. Especially, when offering to pay the full amount upfront, in case the issue is money related. I thought doctors did these jobs to take care of people. It's sad that a corporation can prevent this.

If your appointment is at the N. GEORGIA location (In 2025 during construction) be sure to arive early(navigation and parking can be challenging)

Just recently visited the Chattanooga Heart Institute in Ringgold, Ga. What a wonderful, caring, staff and doctor. Thank you Dr. Ledford for your patience in answering all my questions. North Georgia is truly blessed to have this facility in our area. Linda Garrison

9/23/24 office staff here is great! As is the medical staff. Doctor Mandawat is the best and the staff very caring and friendly.
