Gina Lundberg, MD

I saw Dr. Lundberg for the first time today, and I found her to be caring, passionate, enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to see a Doctor that didn't immediately want to blame me or my weight for the issue I was having - instead, she did a thorough exam and determined that I am facing a genetic issue. She spent ample time to discuss my history, formulated a plan to prevent future heart issues and made recommendations for other providers in areas outside of her specialty. Loved her, and have already recommended her to others.

I have never had a terrible experience with a physician until I met Dr. Lundberg. I am a youngish patient who was experiencing a variety of issues which caused me great concern and distress. She was extremely dismissive of my symptoms (basically saying that I was too young to experience the symptoms I had) and was very condescending. I was so upset that I left in the middle of the appt. If you are below 50 yrs of age experiencing heart issues I urge you to avoid her all costs!!

Pay close attention to Dr. Lundberg's negative reviews. She was inattentive after I returned to GA after suffering a stroke out of state, and did not welcome or respond to my input. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care, and I have moved on to another practice.

Dr. Lundberg has been a life saver more than once to my mother. I honestly believe if not for Gina Lundberg my Mother would not be alive today. Very thorough and concerned about the patient as a whole.

What a disappointment. Started seeing Dr. Lundberg in 2014, had shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, lethargic, some occasional extremity swelling. I needed help. We started slow but I found I was gaining weight and no matter what I could not lose it. As of March I had gained 40 pounds with no explanation. Oh, yes, her explanation was I had a problem with portion control and maybe I should consider bariatric surgery. I admit I am overweight, however, my weight had stayed the same for 10 years until NOW. I was devasted that even though I explained I was dieting, Jenny Craig, Good Measure Meals, Fresh-n-Fit Cuisine, I was still gaining weight. She chose to think I;m a liar. So, fast forward to July 22, 2015, I'm in the hosptial with congestive heart faiure and damage to my heart muscle. She should have listened. Instead of humiliating me, she should have listened and tried to help me. BTW, I lost 12 pounds in two days of fluid that was filling my lungs. I think my hope was as a female cardiologist she would be more attune to womens issues and the way things present differently in women than men. Thank you for nothing, Gina Lundberg. Shame on you.
