Warner Robins office. I waited over 2 hours for my appointment. I work in healthcare and understand things come up (hard discussions/new treatment plan discussions etc) so I can be patient. However, when I stepped into the hallway to inquire I overheard the medical assistants talking loudly (cursing) about how the patients. Completely unprofessional! Dr Sogode is great but I think his staff could be renewed! Except the ECHO tech she's amazing!!
The receptionist at the front desk is very impolite.... I called and I asked her to slow down because her English was not good and she hung up on me..... It's already hard enough to get through on the phone.... Dr Sogade is awesome but represented poorly..... Our appointment was at 1400/2:00 it's 1515/3:15 and all we got was someone peeped in and asked who we were.... This is crazy.... Now we just sit and wait.... They don't even know who they checked in....
Dr. Sogade is an excellent Doctor. He is so easy to talk with and truly cares about his patients. I feel in the best hands for my heart care.
Dr. Sogade is absolutely amazing! Yes, you wait forever to see him, but his gentle, kind bedside manner, his genuine care for patients and his skill set make it worth it. I would recommend him over and over again!
