Sign in was great . Receptionist cheerful & friendly. Wait was brief. Male nuclear medicine professional was affable & concerned worked efficiently and was helpful during the most uncomfortable aspects of the procedure. All questions were answered. Young female tech was also focused on doing her job. As always Dr Bartlett shared what to expect in a kind calming manner. A tough procedure went smoothly!
The doctor was well prepared obviously had studied my prior history before our appointment. It was my first visit with her she was patient and very thorough and confident it was a good experience she comes highly recommended.
This review is for the echocardiogram only and does not include the physical staff of Dr. Bartlett. My echo went exceptionally well. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and explained his movements in the test. Extremely kind. The only interaction I had with the office staff was to pay for my services today. He's in a different area away from her staff. I was taken straight back, no wait time. I hope they keep him and do not let the negativity of office staff that obviously hate their jobs and hate working here negatively impact his position as a professional. If you do not have to deal or speak to anyone at this office your appointment may be tolerable. The office needs regular up keep and maintenance as well as a good cleaning. go there for echocardiogram he is great.
Dr. Bartlett, is very knowledgeable and experienced. An outstanding cardiologist. She also has a great bed side manner ( a rare combination these day). Her staff is also courteous and responsive. I always know they will take the best care of me. Thank you
