Zoe Jones is amazing and has the best bedside manners!! She talks to the family with encouragement and kindness! My mother had a heart attack 15 years ago and is still with us today because of the awesome care Dr. Jones gives her. I, too, now see her and her office staff has been great every time I have come for my appointments.

The young lady at check was not very friendly. Friendliness and being informative and forthcoming is not one of their qualities present upfrobt, nor in their nurses. My husband was there for a stress test, which is most important. He first required an IV. The male nurse, true credentials unknown or his name never offered either, entered the room never saying one word, and started his IV. When my husband went back to have his stress test, never was a doctor present, but no name male showed back up at a machine, and a no name female nurse never warned my husband she was getting ready to push a med in, which threw him back in his chair, alarming him, that he described he thought he was going to die. How could a person slam a med into an IV without far warning them what it is, and what he's about to experience. Then she got a signal from no name nurse to give other med, and once again, no explanation. My husband through the beginning to end never saw a doctor, and we are assuming the male was just an RN, not a NP or PA. Terrible experience.
