Unless you have SEVERE trauma, stay away from the Emergency Room!!!!! They can't update anything correctly, put you in a treatment location and forget your there (for hours!!!). The patient was brought in via Ambulance (94 yr old female that had fallen and bleeding from scalp). There was immediate treatment when she arrived (CT SCAN,looked at head wound), then shoved into a treatment room, hooked up to monitors, then basically forgotten). This was 6:30pm. FINALLY the "Trauma Doctor" came in (9pm), said everything looked fine and she could go home! Was discovered a 9:30pm her admissions information had not even been entered into the system!!!! The list goes on, and not enough space here to continue!!! Patient FINALLY got home 23.5 hrs FROM TIME WENT TO E/R!!!!!

I unexpectedly ended up hospitalized for the last 5 nights. The entire staff has gone to way more than I would ever have hoped for to get me as comfortable and out of pain as possible. I am beyond grateful. The people who work here on every level are the very best. Even though they don't have a reason to do more than just their job they each and everyone go way above and completely over the top to help in any way they can. It has been a very painful and stressful week to say the least but being treated as if you are family and REALLY CARED about has helped so much. Every doctor,nurse,tech.........EVERYONE! The best. Thank you all. Kindness is great for easing pain. It makes you hurt a little less.

Yeahhh.... this is where you go to die.. no thanks.. I'll die at home before I EVER go back here for an emergency. Most nurses were alright. I could elaborate, but it would be entirely too much to write. I know most people in an emergency situation have no choice on where they go but I hope those people have a better experience than I did for sure. We sat there for 5 hours before being seen, and pretty sure the only reason was because my husband got someone after I passed out from a loss of blood from a procedure that this hospital preformed 9 hours before originally being discharged. Good luck here.

Navicent Health has been a terrible experience. Please take your loved ones somewhere else if you can. My loved one was rushed to Navicent Health by ambulance and had to undergo surgery upon arrival. Only a few short hours later, a nurse discharged her and sent her home--even though she was clearly not well enough to leave. She is now in severe pain and suffering. The hospital did not feel clean, and the overall atmosphere was very unsettling and sad. For the safety and well-being of your loved ones, I strongly recommend choosing a different hospital. Apparently there are no "rooms" available and they need the room such a sad reason to kick someone out. So very sad!

I had surgery this past Wednesday and my surgical nurses were nothing short of amazing! Especially Alice & Yatika. I'd love to shout out my amazing OR team who kept up with my silly banter but I can't remember their names because, anesthesia! I could not be happier with my experience. Friendly, supportive, courteous, compassionate, listened to me and my needs, and went the extra mile. Never had to wait and they had me in and out that day. I'd love to shoutout my doctor Lauren Fried as well who is nothing short of wonderful and worthy of all the praise! Called me the next day personally to check on me. I could not be more grateful.
