While Dr. Watkins is great, his medical staff was inconsiderate to take my mother's messages three days in a row and not give her the courtesy of knowing he is not likely to call her back or reply at all since he is not in the office this week. Instead, they received all three messages for consecutive days and did not call her back to inform her. Meanwhile, she is stressing out thinking the doctor does not care about her. A simple courtesy call to her to inform her the doctor will reach her back as soon as he is available again, but it may not be for another several days. Highly unlikely to recommend using a medical team like this for my mother or anyone I care about.
