Wait time is extremely too long. The African American girl that took my blood pressure was amazing. She deserve 10 stars. My appointment was at 1:45pm I'm sitting here typing this at 3:23pm.. it took a long time, glad I waited the doctor was excellent!! Had to change my review. They were good and tried to accommodate me.

The over all office experience was good. The staff was very attentive but the wait can be long so bring your patience.

My visit with Dr. Kassa was pleasantly done as usually. He answered my questions & gave me his instructions for what I had to do to help my problem to Go away.

Dr. Yan is an awesome person and heart doctor. She takes her job very seriously. And she expects you to listen and works with her on your health issues. Dr. Yan is very concerned and kind to her patients. She is very stern when it comes to your health. I found out I had heart issues. My nephew got killed in NY I wanted to go, had to go. But Dr. Yan said I'm sorry but you can't travel at this time, your heart is in no position to travel. Dr. Yan then explained the issues that could occur. And then I finally saw the light. I could die. So I listen, followed her instructions and I'm much better. Thank you Dr. Yan I pray God continues to bless you, to be a blessing to others.

They called to confirm my father appointment. So I asked what time was his appointment. The young lady placed me on hold for over 15 minutes NOT ONE TIME DID SHE COME BACK TO THE PHONE!!!!! While still on hold I called the office from another phone to get the information and reschedule his appointment. The other phone was still on hold. I finally hung up after 18 minutes and as soon as I hung up. They sends me a text to confirm the appointment that I just rescheduled. If you don't want to WORK STAY HOME!!!!!
