We always have a hard time reaching anyone when it comes to ordering medications but recently had terrible experience with Manny (the guy in the prescription ordering department). He neglected to input the most important prescription at the beginning of the month to our online pharmacy resulting in a 3 week lapse in getting the medication. We called back on the 20th and had him submit the medication but when the company faxed them for verification the request was never answered. When I called upset he was very rude and condescending. He made the statement that "You could just go to the pharmacy and it would be more convenient! If that was the case I would have done that to begin with. When I asked if he could just take care of it so I could get back to work he said "I need to get back to work too"! If I 'm not mistaken his job is to take care of the prescriptions. Very disappointed because we love Dr John's and everything else about the office but this.
