Lipsitt was on my insurance as a preferred provided. 3 months into my care with him his practice was acquired, which meant he was no longer a provider. They never told me and I found out the hard way by receiving BIG bills $$$1000+ all rejected by my Ins co. A rude awakening to find out this way, no one in his office told me, not one single word not even a letter or email absolutely no notice from Lipsitt's office at all. The practice failed me miserably and should eat the difference that my insurance would have covered. ***2 Stars because it wasn't Dr Lipsitt's fault.***
Added insult to injury, now I'm having to deal with a less than scrupulous bill collector!!!

I have been Dr. Michael Lipsett's patient since 2013. Dr. Lipsett is a most caring physician. I met him for the first time during an emergency in 2013, and have been his patient since that time. His level of expertise is top notch. His staff does not make you wait long periods of time once you arrive for a scheduled appointment. He has certainly gained my trust through the years. I have also met with some of his partners through the years and they have given me the same quality of care.

Scheduled appointment 3 weeks ahead then I get here and wait over an hour. They tell me it is because they worked me in. I could have come any day this week. There was another couple here scheduled at the same time that was told the same thing and they booked 4 weeks out. Horrible scheduling deot.
Fortunately the doctor makes up for a fair amount because he is great. He just needs to fire the scheduling staff.
