This ENTIRE staff is genuinely caring and so helpful- from the time you walk in the front door until you leave...I've never felt so cared for. Everyone is so kind & the girls at the front desk are the BEST with helping you make sure you have everything you need!! They always go out of their way. The Nurse Practitioner(s) are absolutely amazing- always remembering me personally. That kind of treatment suddenly makes everything better!!!!!! Thank you girls (and guy, Chuck) y'all are by far the best around!!! Your caring, professional gorgeous attitudes & smiles are not unnoticed!! I can not express how much I despise this practice. I've been given the worse and worse care every time I come. today I'm dropping off some equipment and a nurse is coming up from downstairs. she was in a hurry, wasn't expecting to see my service dog. goes "oh shit". in room full of patients. I will not be returning.

Literally been calling since last week about a prescription sent to the pharmacist! Have left several messages today I called back and was on hold til the office closed!! I left the Newnan office because of unprofessional came to the Lagrange office it's just as bad!! Never seen Dr Rajeev not one time yet my insurance pays Dr Rajeev!! Get to my appt today 4/26 tha lady otp so I sign in and have a seat thinking she'd call me up once she got off the phone!! Nope y this lady literally checked the next person in that walked in and still didn't sign me in til I walked back up to ask did she sign me in!? Ok well what's the purpose of having a sign in clip board if u not gonna use it!! I swear I wouldn't recommend NEITHER office Lagrange or Newnan!! They have the worse staff I have ever encountered!! 6/18/25 seem like everybody has tha same appt time how is it tha everyone taken to the back was sent to a room I get called to tha back and sat back in tha waiting room need I remind u ppl checkin in AFTER MEqere sent to tha back!! Visiting here itself makes my chest hurts worse cause tha frustration in dealing wit tha staff and how they move thru patients wrong!!!

Dr Rajeev and his team are amazing. He is caring and compassionate. He takes great care of his patients and his staff are always friendly and accommodating especially with last minute appointments and emergencies. He fixed my moms heart and she is doing much better now!

Dr.Rejeev and his staff took care of me from an ER visit in November 2021 that led to a quadruple bypass at wellstar kennestone then upon release they did my aftercare for over a year knowing I had no money and no insurance. Well June 1st 2024 I finally got my disability insurance so they are definitely gonna have me as a patient again. Oh and BTW all my medical issues have gotten worse since y'all saw me last so buckle up it's gonna be a long journey
